This exclusive dinner showcases wines from the Old World: France, Spain, Italy, Portugal. These European delights will be paired with courses by Executive Chef Ronnie Nasuti. Featuring Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo.

Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo
Pat Okubo is a Master Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers one of 236 worldwide (149 in America), a Certified Wine Educator (CWE), and Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS). Born and raised in Kaimuki he graduated from University High School in 2000. He holds a Bachelors in TIM (travel industry management) from University of Hawaii and a Masters in Organizational Development and Change from Hawaii Pacific University. He is a member of the Army National Guard, and runs The Wine GI, a personal wine consultation and education business. Pat is the Fine Wine Specialist and Wine Educator for Young’s Market Hawaii. Previously, he opened Formaggio Grill as Managing Partner and Wine Director / Restaurant manager at Four Seasons Lana’i.

After a proven record of successful and distinguished accomplishments, Chef Ronnie has chosen to hang his hat at Tiki’s Grill & Bar, steering this favorite destination for locals and visitors alike to a higher level of dining and excellence. Chef Ronnie, who believes in the farm-to-table movement by visiting farms and building strong bonds with local farmers, brings in island fresh produce and breads, as well as 175 pounds of local grass-fed beef and 450 pounds of locally caught or raised fish every week. His delicious signature items and dinner specials that fuse Hawaiian/Pacific Island with American cuisine are the result of his dedication to the craft and cooking with locally grown and raised food. An effective and motivational trainer from both the front and back of the house, Chef Ronnie continues to be inspired by working with the best chefs in the world.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
- Free Valet Parking is covered for up to 3 hours with event. Valet is in the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel on Paoakalani Avenue, and Tiki's is located on the ocean side of the upper lobby pool deck level.

What's the refund policy?
