This hotel was the perfect Hawaiian paradise for our honeymoon. After staying here for a week, we didn’t want to leave. When we arrived, we were greeted with traditional leis and we were met with champagne and fresh fruit in our room, along with a note wishing us a happy honeymoon. We stayed in the Club Deluxe with Outdoor Spa Tub, so we quite literally had our own private oasis attached to our room. We utilized that spa tub every day, multiple times a day. It was an absolute dream. Other than the room, the hotel itself is gorgeous - just beautiful. Open aired, distinctly Hawaiian, and luxurious. Every single staff member was so nice and eager to make everything carefree. We had a rental car with us, so we utilized the valet quite often. Each time was fast and convenient - we got to know the valets quite well. The pools are great, Dr. Mai Tai always has the right medicine, and you can’t beat the sunsets on the west lawn. On top of that, the restaurants are also top notch. We ate at Mina’s Fish House, La Hiki Cafe, and Noe - each amazing in their own right. Even the room service was great! We got a couples massage on the beach in a private hut. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. The facilities were beautiful. The location can’t be beat - it’s in the best area of Oahu (Ko Olina) and if you have a rental car - everything is within driving distance, including the North Shore and Waikiki. Ko Olina has many hotels you could visit or dine at, including Disney’s Aulani next door. Four Seasons Oahu provided an absolute dream of a honeymoon. We will be back!
Beautiful Property with Amazing Amenities (4/5 Stars) The Good: Convenient Location: Great location that is much closer to the airport, making travel days smooth and easy. Lots of airplane sightings, direct line into landing in Honolulu, we even saw a B2. This is a huge perk for me, an airplane lover. But others may find the noise bothersome. Room Comfort & Tech: The rooms are very well-equipped. Having both a ceiling fan and a portable fan kept the room perfectly cool, and the provided Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. The private balconies are also spacious and come with very comfortable patio furniture. Adults-Only Pool: This area was phenomenal! The views were spectacular, the chairs and umbrellas were highly comfortable, and the service was top-tier. Great Logistics: The house car service is a fantastic perk for getting around the Ko Olina area easily. Opportunities for Improvement (OFI): In-Room Tech: While they provide iPads in the room for service requests, they only worked about 25% of the time. We had to call down for the bellhop or valet more often than not. The Beach Crowd: The beach lagoon often gets overrun with kids. It would be amazing if the resort could implement a designated adults-only section on the beach, similar to their excellent adults-only pool setup. Surrounding Noise: The area is a bit busier than expected, and you do get some occasional ambient noise from the nearby harbor and power plant. Overall, it's a stellar resort with fantastic amenities and great comfort, though fixing the in-room tech and offering a quieter beach zone would elevate it even further.
Amazing place for a memorable vacation! Came here recently for a honeymoon with my new bride and it was a phenomenal location to celebrate our marriage. The view of the ocean and the western Oahu shore was breathtaking, excellent food options, awesome swim up bar/adults pool, and a numerous personalized touches that tells you right away that this is a cut above other hotels. Also, the service here was top notch! I was assisted by Sahil and other fantastic front desk attendants who were very kind and supportive in providing assistance for anything my wife and I needed. Can't sing the praises of this place enough, highly recommended!
What truly makes Four Seasons Ko Olina exceptional is the people working there. This is not a hotel that relies only on flashy design or over-the-top facilities to create a luxury experience. What makes this property stand out is the level of service, care, professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail consistently delivered by the staff throughout the entire resort. It is impossible to name every incredible person because the experience was consistent everywhere — from the front desk, guest experience team, housekeeping, concierge, restaurants, club lounge, pool staff, and every team member encountered throughout the stay. Every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. Nothing ever seemed too difficult, and there was a real sense that the staff genuinely cared about creating a positive experience for guests. A special thank you to Mia, Ellie, Jacqueline, Noah, and the entire team for going above and beyond before and during the stay. The communication, assistance, organisation, patience, and kindness made such a difference and never went unnoticed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel and rooms was also outstanding. Everything felt extremely well maintained, organised, and cared for. For families especially, this hotel understands hospitality on another level. The team has a way of making things feel easier, calmer, and more comfortable without guests even needing to ask. True luxury hospitality comes from people, and Four Seasons Ko Olina has built an exceptional team. A genuinely memorable stay and a hotel that absolutely deserves recognition for its staff and service.
Staying at the Four Seasons Resort at Ko Olina was honestly the best decision we made on our trip to Oahu! If you’re not staying here for at least one night, you’re seriously missing out on one of the highlights of your trip. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The level of detail throughout the resort is amazing and everything feels high quality and thoughtfully designed. We stayed in an ocean view room, and it was quiet, spacious, spotless, and very luxurious. The pools are beautiful, and having direct access to the beach makes it even better. I really want to highlight the staff again. They truly go above and beyond. One of the concierges took the time to guide us on what to do around Oahu, and his knowledge was incredibly helpful. I definitely recommend this resort! You won’t regret it. The pictures I attached speak for themselves!
