I had an excellent experience with Dr. Caroline Bunten at Kailua Wellness Physical Therapy. She was incredibly thorough, took the time to understand my concerns, and carefully evaluated the areas contributing to my pain and limited mobility. Throughout each session, she clearly explained every movement and exercise, making sure I understood both the purpose and the proper technique. Her guidance was thoughtful, encouraging, and tailored to my specific needs. Thanks to her expertise, I’ve noticed meaningful improvements in my mobility along with a significant reduction in pain. I truly appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable she was throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Bunten and the team at Kailua Wellness Physical Therapy to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled, and effective physical therapy care.
Went to Kailua Wellness Center because I had some neck and shoulder pain. So I did the Massage Therapy with Roxana Tamura and scheduled a Chiropractic visit with Dr. Tyler Ryan two days later. Both did an amazing job. I'm glad I found Kailua Wellness Center on social media. The receptionist at the front are very friendly.
I do not like chiropractors and avoid them like the plague but somebody referred me to Kailua Wellness Center and said that I should go. I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Ryan was thorough and explained things as we proceeded. I have put aside some of my fears and have even made another appointment.
I was referred to Dr. Ryan by my acupuncturist. Initially I felt reluctant to try chiropractor because I felt really scared, but Dr. Ryan was very gentle and understanding. He's professional, thorough, skilled, with a real desire to help people heal. Other staff are friendly as well. Very clean space. Bonus, I was always able to find a parking spot in their lot.
Simone was the best massage therapist I've ever went to since the 90s! Her knowledge of pressure points and how to work out knots in spots I never thought I had them in! Very proficient in her massage techniques that I as a private in home caregiver/nurse that she has me a life long client and I don't say anything about someone unless I mean it and am willing to refer her to anyone of my clients!!
