A new hidden Gem on NS!! The best Wellness space on Oahu. From the moment you walk into my the space, the energy just hits different calm, elevated, and incredibly intentional. The design of the space is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. You can feel the care that went into every detail. I loved the red light therapy and the sauna, and left feeling completely restored, sculpted, and rejuvenated. Inside and out. Honeslty if you need some healing, relaxation, or just some you time, this place is your PLACEEE. I can’t recommend it enough. The girl who created the space is so beautiful and down to earth!!
Love the private sauna and ice bath experience. The equipment was clean and new. They also had my favorite flo-water filter with electrolyte power for the clients. You can tell they take care of the place and have pride in the great service they provide. Highly recommend stopping by for a relaxing atmosphere and wellness experience on the north shore. 10/10

Solscape Wellness on the North Shore of Oahu is the BEST place for anyone who wants to try high-quality sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy. The vibe is incredible - it feels like a wellness oasis and whoever designed it did an incredible job! It has a large Sauna that is therapeutic and is so good for detoxification and muscle relaxation. Perfect for any local or traveler! I was traveling so it was the perfect treat! Also, there is a cold plunge / ice bath that was super clean and definitely a challenge - in the best way! I felt like a new person after I left! Also, the staff is amazing. Chase was so welcoming and made me feel like I was right at home! If you are looking for things to do in North Shore Oahu, this is THE place to be.
Solscape is magical. The outdoor space is what I want my backyard to look like. It’s beautiful, peaceful and just the perfect place to unwind and reset. Thank you for opening this dreamy spot. I will be back. I’m definitely bringing back my friends and husband.
