Ayurveda Hale is such a gift! Every time my body and mind fall into chaos, Cory brings me back into balance. She has an incredible ability to truly see and name what’s going on : physically, emotionally, energetically. It’s more than a treatment; it’s a reset for my whole system. I have received numerous treatments from Cory and she is incredible. She asks the important questions and really listens. Her massages and shirodara are true 5 star VIP, especially with the heated table!! I always leave feeling more grounded and balanced. Cory is so thorough, perceptive, and caring. She even challenged and motivated me to complete 30 days of pranayama to receive a complimentary massage! An experience in the caring hands of Cory is a gift, an herb class or cooking workshop under her careful guidance is rich in information and a day simply spent in her orbit is nourishment to the deepest parts of my heart. Cory Tixier is an amazing gem of Ayurveda knowledge and modalities, tucked away in the North Shore of Oahu. After being in Oahu many times, a yoga teacher here recommended her. Being somewhat knowledgeable in Ayurveda after a few panchakarmas and many amazing doctors, including the wonderful and well known Dr Lad, I was so surprised of Cory’s knowledge and depth. And to find out she studied and worked with Dr Lad for many years, and now living and working in Oahu is a dream come true! Thank you Cory for your kind, loving and most knowledgeable treatment!
