My massage with Misato was fantastic! She was good at communicating and making sure I was comfortable. Very professional and clean room.
Quiet, cute little quaint spa located upstairs above Cinnamons restaurant. They give you slippers to change into upon arrival. Their rooms are perfect temperature, dimly lit and with great spa tunes playing. Masseuses are wonderful and so amazingly talented. You get to spend the end of your time in another relaxing room with hot tea. 10/10 experience.
Always leave this place feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Thank you to Satoko for a highly skilled and considerate massage today (really appreciated her checking in with me periodically about the pressure). Will be reserving with her next time, she’s great!
TOTAL RELAXATION. This used to be my go to spa/massage when I lived on the windward side back in 2015 and I'm glad I came back. From the moment you put on the provided spa slippers to exiting, everything is so peaceful... the staff is friendly and ensures you're comfortable. I did the 60 minute with added peppermint scalp rub and you should too. Parking can be difficult during tourist season or weekends so plan accordingly.
I felt truly happy to finally be able to visit this place I had been curious about for such a long time. It was an even more wonderful spa than I had imagined — the lighting, atmosphere, fragrance, sense of calm, and the therapist were all absolutely perfect. The massage by Misato Milar was warm and gentle, as if I were being softly embraced. It was incredibly comfortable, deeply healing both my body and mind, and allowed not only my body but also my heart to completely relax. I highly recommend this spa.
