Plunge is reasonably priced for all that it offers and consistently clean. You can enjoy up to 60-90 minutes rotating between their two saunas (one infrared and one traditional) and any of the three cold plunge temps they offer ranging from 40-60 degrees. This is the best pricing I have seen in Kailua for a recovery space. They also offer compression boots to help with post workout recovery.
Tucked away behind an amazing mural and gym equipment is an amazing recovery center. Equipped with multiple sauna's and cold plunges, you can tailor your recovery to what you like. I've tried the various cold plunges (40d, 50d, and 60d F) and the 40 is definitely a huge challenge. For as many people that use this facility, it is amazingly clean and the staff is constantly working to keep this place so nice. There's a great ambiance and lighting that adds to the experience. The compression boots and zero gravity chairs are also an amazing addition to the space. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for some recovery!
