This was my first time ever doing a Pilates Class & Jules took the time to explain the reformer, and what to listen for throughout the class. She helped me feel comfortable going at my own pace and even noticed me struggling during class and adjusted my reformer to make the exercise a little easier for me. I also enjoyed the moment of meditation/grounding at the beginning of class. I came in with a racing mind & didn’t even notice until we centered ourselves. Will definitely come back & become stronger with each lesson :D
ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT ! I really enjoyed my first class here. Sarah really made me feel welcomed. I wasn’t expecting anything and walked out with the highest regards. Worked out my entire body and was definitely worth every penny! Will be returning 🩵.
The sauna ice bath combo is so nice. Great atmosphere here and love making this a part of my routine.
