Description

Embark on an unforgettable aerial adventure with the West Maui and Molokai helicopter tour. This journey takes you over 88 miles of untouched coastline, where you’ll witness towering waterfalls plunging from sea cliffs into the turquoise sea on Molokai’s north shore. As you soar above, explore the lush, meandering valleys set deep in the rainforest of the West Maui Mountains, characterized by their legendary knife-edged, mist-covered peaks. Your expert pilot, who is also a State of Hawaii Certified Tour Guide, will provide insightful commentary on Maui’s rich history, culture, and ancient island traditions. The state-of-the-art Eco-Star helicopter is designed for optimal touring, ensuring fantastic aerial views. Equipped with Bose Aviation-grade, electronic noise-cancelling headsets, you’ll enjoy clear, recorded commentary via audio headphones. The fully narrated tour departs from Kahului Heliport, passing by several key locations: Kahului: The economic heart of Maui, offering stunning vistas of Haleakala and the West Maui Mountains. Wailuku: An ancient population center and gateway to the 'Iao Valley and West Maui Mountains. Waihee: Known for its lush ridge lines and dramatic landscapes. Kahakuloa Bay: A remote former fishing village with breathtaking beauty. Puu Kukui: The highest peak of Mauna Kahālāwai (West Maui Mountains). Pailolo Channel: Fly over this scenic waterway. Molokai: Home to the world's highest sea cliffs and the famous Kalaupapa community. Ka'anapali: Featuring beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters. Kapalua: Known for its beaches, golf courses, and varied views. Pelekunu Bay: Flanked by the world's highest sea cliffs and containing one of Hawaii's last free-flowing streams. The tour concludes back at Kahului Heliport, where you’ll have the chance to preview a video of your adventure.
