Lorena is truly one of a kind. I have received IV therapy from many different providers over the years, and I can say without hesitation that her level of care, professionalism, knowledge, and compassion is exceptional. She goes far beyond simply providing a service — she creates an experience where you genuinely feel cared for, safe, and supported. Whether I need IV therapy for medical support, recovery, stress, immune support, or simply self-care, she is always the first person I call. She comes to my home and takes incredible time and care with every detail. She never rushes, explains everything thoroughly, and creates such a calm, comforting, and reassuring environment. Her presence alone makes you feel at ease. Before important exams, during periods of exhaustion, or anytime I begin feeling unwell, Lorena has consistently helped me feel dramatically better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient, gentle, and attentive. You can immediately tell how much she truly cares about the wellbeing of every person she works with. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Lorena and her infusion spa. Finding her has been such a blessing, and I recommend her to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality care from someone who truly goes above and beyond.
10/10 experience would definitely recommend. Lorena is the sweetest and I can tell she CARES about the people that come to her. I went for the NAD package because my fertility doctor recommended it. Not only is this the most affordable place but Lorena worked with me to give me the best possible experience worth my money. She customized my experience so my NAD included B vitamins and magnesium and she ended with a glutathione push which was recommended by my fertility doctor. She even gave me a bag of tea targeted with herbs for the womb. I can't explain how lonely fertility struggles are and to find someone who really cares and is trying their best to make things affordable and targeted towards your certain situation is a blessing. I've gone to other places for an NAD drip and I promise you, they don't live up to the experience Lorena provides. The place is also beautiful, looking over kaneohe bay and she has comfortable chairs that recline and lots of warm fuzzy blankets to make you as comfortable as possible during the drip. There's no other place on island I'd be going to for any future drips. Thank you Lorena 💗
I’ve been to The Infusion Spa in Oahu twice and both experiences were excellent. My first visit was for a NAD+ IV drip to help with fatigue and back pains, and my second visit was for a microneedling facial to improve my skin quality. Each time, I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Lorena is amazing—she’s knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows what she’s doing. She took the time to explain everything, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout each treatment. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. I noticed positive results after both treatments and left feeling refreshed and confident. I can’t say enough good things about Lorena and her infusion spa. I came in before a marathon and got a Myers’ Cocktail and it helped me immensely — I felt energized, hydrated, and genuinely supported going into race day. The space is calm, welcoming, and spotless, and Lorena is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. You can tell she truly cares about your wellbeing and takes the time to tailor everything to what your body needs. This was such a game-changer for my pre-race prep, and I’m so grateful to have a place like this that I trust completely.
