Clean room, doesn’t feel like doom. Couches so comfy, makes we want to grab my lumpy. The pool feels warm and great, best way to enjoy it is with your mate. The staff is friendly, nice and full of surprise, when they show up to your room, full of smiles and eyes. The front desk is cordial and nice, especially since they are as cool as ice.

Hyatt Place at Ho’opili is a newly opened hotel in May 2026 and it offers a wonderful stay. The location is perfect—beautiful, peaceful, and away from the crowds. The breakfast menu is excellent, and the poolside seating area provides a great place to enjoy the weather while dining. The staff delivers outstanding service and is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation🤗

If you’re looking for state of the art accommodations then look no further! This hotel has a staff that understands your needs. Albeit business or pleasure, expect a stay that will have a good memories logged in for a lifetime. I had an issue with the 3rd party I booked with and approached the GM, Nicholas who came to the rescue and saved the day! From EV chargers, continental breakfast, plenty of parking, gym, pool, laundry, you name it, it’s here. Even the art and layout had me feeling like it was home. Well done and much success coming for this establishment.

Newly opened in May 2026, this Hyatt Place sits in a quiet residential neighborhood connected to the Skyline rail station (~10 min walk). The area is peaceful and great for runs, but dining options are limited, you’ll need to drive, though Ka Makana Ali’i shopping center is only 8 minutes drive away. Staff were exceptionally friendly; the bellman Ben and AGM Rick went above and beyond carrying luggage directly to my room. Being a brand new property, there are a few minor kinks (key card provisioning, digital key not yet functional), but nothing that derailed the stay. Parking is available at $41/day. The room was spotless obviously, given it was essentially untouched, with decent shower pressure, though oddly missing an ironing board and in-room water bottles (filtered water machines are on every floor). Breakfast is your standard American spread, and the fitness center covers the basics plus a Peloton. Overall a solid, quiet property and I’d absolutely stay here again, especially as a non-Waikiki alternative.
