What a cool and beautifully set up wellness spa!!! Multiple top of the line machines and saunas along with ample space for events and activities. This is the spot!!! We attended one of their private events hosted by Lava Wellness and it was amazing!
Lava Wellness is easily the best sauna experience I’ve had in Honolulu. The sauna itself was spotless, comfortable, and genuinely relaxing , the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease. What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff were throughout the visit. You can tell they take pride in creating a clean, calm, and professional environment. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality sauna experience in town.
Just had my first experience at Lava and definitely will be coming back! I tried the contrast therapy and loved the experience. Everyone was welcoming and kind. The space is gorgeous. Already planning to come back and try some other services! Pricing is reasonable for contrast therapy, much cheaper than other places!
This is the best sauna/cold plunge wellness center on Oahu! They have red light therapy, meditation pod, hyperbaric chambers, sauna, & cold plunge! I just did the sauna and cold plunge for an hour & feel so refreshed! This is my new favorite place!
Hidden gem in Honolulu. Lava Wellness is hands down one of the best spa experiences I’ve had. The facility is beautiful, super clean, and thoughtfully designed. The saunas are top tier, the cold plunge is refreshing, and the whole space has an amazing, relaxing vibe (great music too). The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you never feel rushed. Whether you’re going to unwind, recover, or just reset, this place delivers. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back.
