Before I went I had called multiple different massage therapists to see if there was an option to lay face down and they all said no. I read on their website the option was there so I booked it. I was not disappointed!!! I not only got a prenatal I could lay face down, she asked questions about me, baby, the things I wanted, and what I was comfortable with. I did ask questions, ask her to touch on some things, and got thorough answers to everything. She educated me and gave me stretches and spent time to walk me through things that could help with pain management during my pregnancy. I will be going back.
