I absolutely love the vibe at Positive Energy Recovery. It’s such a peaceful space to reset and take care of yourself, especially after stressful days. The red light therapy and sauna are my favorite part, and the cold plunge actually leaves you feeling so refreshed and energized after. Everything feels super clean, private, and thoughtfully set up. I also really appreciate how convenient it is to go on your own schedule. Definitely one of my favorite wellness spots in Kailua for self-care and recovery on Oahu.
Been coming to Positive Energy Recovery for a few weeks now and it’s become part of my routine after heavy workouts. The sauna and cold plunge combo helps a ton with soreness and recovery, especially after leg days or surfing. The place is always clean and easy to get into with the access code setup. Honestly one of the best parts is being able to start the sauna from your phone before you even drive over. If you’re into fitness, recovery, or just trying to keep your body feeling good on Oahu, this spot in Kailua is solid.
5 stars , would add more if I could. Best recovery self service business on the island, hands down. Being able to obtain such services as an ex collegiate athlete, my body is used to getting such treatment regularly. Positive recovery offers so much amenities: red light therapy, cold plunges, compression boots, sauna; just about everything you need. Everything is ready to go for self service, and the place is spotless; clean every single time I go. Overall, this is the spot to be at. Totally recommend becoming a member because even if you can only go once a week, it is such a low price for everything you get out of it. Check it out, become a member, you won’t regret it.
Positive Energy Recovery is easily one of the best wellness and recovery spots on the east side! They’ve got sauna, ice bath, and red light therapy all in one spot, perfect for muscle recovery, stress relief, and overall wellness. What makes it even better is how convenient it is. You get an access code to come in on your own time, and you can preheat the sauna from your phone before you even show up. Super clean, easy to use, and actually helps you feel better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid recovery center in Kailua 🤙🏽
I love positive energy recovery! The facility is always nice and clean! It’s the most nicest, well equipped and luxurious recovery spot on island! Multiple cold plunge & sauna options! Red lights equipped in & on multiple recovery equipment! A wide variety of top of the line recovery equipment! Private bathrooms & lockers! I love that they’re self service and I can access the facility on my own, giving me a vip luxury experience! Half the time I’ve been there I had the facility to myself which I love! When other guest have also been using the facility they’ve been polite & respectful!
