Sarah our mixologist was awesome. We had an Old Fashion and Lava Lips. The ambiance is old hawaii meets modern clean living. Everything is locally sourced. Amazing place to check or hang out. Right next to the Old Sugar Mill.
Haleiwa Distilling Company was one of the highlights of our trip to the North Shore! The spirits are exceptional, smooth, flavorful, and clearly crafted with pride. The tasting room has an authentic island vibe, and the historic Waialua Sugar Mill setting makes the experience even more unique. The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do, making us feel like old friends from the moment we walked in. Whether you’re a whiskey, rum, or gin enthusiast, or just looking for a memorable stop on Oʻahu, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back and will be bringing friends with us next time. What a lucky find!! We stumbled across the Haleiwa Distilling Company and discovered the world’s best rum and rum drinks! Super fun, friendly and happy people making our visit awesome. You feel Ohana right away 🤗. Comfortable, indoor & outdoor seating. Big TV offering sports. And then a huge bonus, vintage military helicopters on display. Wonderful breeze made us so comfortable. HDC has awesome 70’s Hawaii vibes with all the modern amenities
A superb place to stop on the north shore. Innovative cocktails in a great open space - indoors or out. I had a mojito a little light on the syrup and it was refreshing enough to have a second. Fun owners and staff host a mix of locals and visitors, all welcome. A nice addition to the neighborhood.
Amazing Rum & Whisky! Bartender was absolutely darling! Emily is so helpful with giving samples first to try if you like it or not! They have an award winning Rum. Truly one of the best distilleries I’ve been to. The vibe is so chill I loved it!
