Recently spent a week in a 2 Bedroom DVC Villa and loved every minute of our stay. Staff is amazingly warm and friendly and always happy to help. Food options were solid and while a bit pricey were appropriate to the area. The best part was the combination of the pools, lazy river, and beach which make for very relaxing enjoyable environment.
As a DVC member, this is a 5 star resort for family and friends. All the rooms are arranged for comfort and safety. Staying at the Aulani is like home away from home. The staff are far beyond compare. They go far and above their duty to assist you with all your needs and wishes.
Beautiful resort. Everyone is so happy and helpful, including the guests. The food at the resort is great, good selection for kiddos. The water area is nice and clean. A very short walk to the beach, which is well maintained as well. The room is well stocked and very clean. No corner goes unwiped. I do reccomend downloading the app to keep track of all the happenings as there is much to do. Overall, I have a happy well fed family, that has been sleeping peacefully at night and playing hard during the day!
For folks with small kids, this looks like a total winner. It has a water slide which is actually inside of a mountain. That feeds into a lazy river that covers much of the property. They also have a couple hot tubs that have a gorgeous few. The ocean. You share your Beach area which is basically a manufactured lagoon with the four seasons so it can be a bit crowded. And the areas by the pool are four rows deep with chairs right next to each other. So I have busy times. It's going to be quite jammed. On that note, they mentioned that if you go away from your chair for more than an hour they will pick up the stuff. Put it aside so other people can sit down.
