Have been coming here for years and loved it since. I have only been to a couple people but my favorite is Amy! I haven’t gotten a massage in a year since I was pregnant, but being back Amy did an amazing job! I needed a hard massage due to not having one in a while and it helped my body relax, but was able to release all the tension from pregnancy! 2 weeks later I was feeling very relaxed and asked Amy for a medium pressure massage and got exactly that. I love Amy because whatever you want and are comfortable with she will do exactly that! THANK YOU AMY!
The massages here are really good. They make you relax and help take the soreness away. But I would stay away from getting facials here- I went there twice for a facial to see if maybe it was just one bad experience, but the facial has been terrible. My eyes burn/ hurt after the accessive rubbing the tech did on my eyes and was overall very rough with my face. Also, dont plan on washing your hair before you get a facial there because they rub the facial products into your hair afterwards- leaving your hair matted and greasy. Massages are a yes, facials are a never again.

I am so thankful and fortunate to have Amy Apassara Uyeda as my massage therapist. She has continually provided excellent clinical massages that I have experienced so far. She tailored the sessions exactly for my clinical needs. The flow, pressure, and techniques utilized are spot on. I highly recommend Body & Mind Spa and Amy for your massage therapy needs!
