Lived here for 5 years, drove by multiple times and never stopped until today. The food was amazing. We ordered chicken Katsu and Spicy Pork. Both were delicious and huge portions. Definitely a local bar and grill but we would go back 100 times over again..
Great place to hangout with friends. Food is fresh and tasty, prices are fair.
STOP AND EAT HERE!!! This place was awesome! The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious! We were a party of six and we all had different plates. Every place in Hawaii is basically understaffed and the Manager told us that from the beginning. So it took the food a while to come out. But as we told him, no worries on how long it takes. At the end of our meal, we asked for the check and he said he felt bad that the food took too long, so he did not want us to pay. We tried to say no problem, we would pay, but he was adamant about us not paying! So, we thanked him and gave him a good tip! So, this is why he gets 5 stars for impeccable food, atmosphere and service!! Thank you again!!
A quaint little dive that you can tell right away from is a local favorite. Food was not what I expected from a bar, in a good way tho. Everything is served with rice, Mac salad, and choice 2 or 3 side veggies. Super tasty. I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different but in an old familiar way. It feels comfortable even if you've never been there. 4/5 stars
