We had the first dinner of our trip here. We were a little delirious from jet lag, but we couldn’t forget the meals we had. My husband and I both had the fish special, it came over the most amazing garlic black rice. I also had half a dozen of pacific oysters which were delicious. You must get the If Can, Can cocktail - so fun! We were there celebrating our honeymoon, so they brought us a chocolate cake slice to celebrate. It was very cute! Enjoy the gorgeous views of the lagoon. It’s a memorable meal, for sure! It was an excellent way to start our trip.
We had a birthday celebrated here, we tried the" Experience" for our group of 9 food is good but not that great. My experience for the " Experience" is not that good, i mentioned to the server to bring me something good. The server served me a (Fresh Catch) breaded fried fish ( forgot the name of the fish) which I don't like, the fish tasted too fishy and theres a fishy smell on it already, the waiter replace my food with steak with gauva sauce ( love the sauce) but steak too red for a medium well, so i just eat the corners so i don’t have to return another food, the crispy brussel spouts was cold, the blue Marlin dip was good though! Our servers was attentive, place was good. Would I recommend it? Hmmmm Would I comeback? No There's other places to try for a better food for a lesser price.
An absolutely fantastic experience! Everything we ate was delicious from start to finish. The food was outstanding, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. The service was impeccable—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. I would definitely come back every time I visit Oahu. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food, a great atmosphere, and exceptional service. Thank you for such a memorable experience! 🌺🍽️✨
Mina's Fish House is a fantastic venue. You have a view of the ocean. The servers are nice and friendly. We had the crab salad which was delicious but I asked the server if it was big enough to share. She said it was. That being said it was no more than 4-5 bites. Next we had the Tuna tartar. It was good but it was under seasoned and lacking in salt. After that the blistered peppers came out with the red snapper. The peppers were tasty but nothing to write home about. The red snapper was very good. Overall it was a great dining experience. The crab salad was the best thing I had and only got to have a few bites.
