Description
Breakdown of this 2-hour experience:
• Begin with Intention
We'll open with a brief moment in understanding and honoring fire dancing and fire spinning’s cultural roots; and prepare our bodies and minds for the activities ahead.
• Learn and Master the Skills
Using practice tools (will be provided), you'll master basic spins, weaves and other dance and spin techniques.
• Safety
A safety run through will be demonstrated before lighting the props up.
• Dance and spin with fire
After the class, you'll experience the thrill of dancing with real fire - safely and under expert guidance and supervision.
• Capture the Moments
Capture the moments and celebrate your fiery experience with the group! (Professional photographers and videographers are not included).
