Description
Board the Quicksilver, a spacious double-deck catamaran offering comfortable seating with ample table spacing for privacy. Choose to relax on the upper deck or inside the cabin as you cruise along the coast.
Your meal starts with a fresh Caesar salad featuring homemade buttery croutons, freshly grated parmesan, and warm breadsticks. For the main course, select from rosemary garlic roasted prime rib, fresh island fish with lemon buttery caper sauce, Kiawe-smoked baby back ribs, BBQ roasted chicken leg and thigh combo, or penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce (vegetarian option). Enjoy sautéed vegetables and steamed white rice with shoyu sauce on the side.
Dessert includes double-layer chocolate cake and New York-style cheesecake. Island-style music plays throughout the cruise to complement the setting.
