Koko Crater Botanical Garden is a relatively new botanical garden and has around 60-acres of land to work with. Being located inside the famous landmark Koko Crater means that it is a great location for dryland collection of plants of the Honolulu Botanical Garden thanks to its hot and dry climate.
Koko Crater Botanical Garden houses a variety of unique and different plants from all over the world such as Madagascar, Africa, the Americas, and of course from Hawaii itself. But the garden is relatively new as stated earlier and amenities such as drinking fountains, restrooms, and so on, have not yet been constructed. Koko Crater Botanical Garden is located at Kealahou Street inside Koko Crater in Honolulu. This is also the home of Koko Head Park and the Koko Crater Equestrian Center.
