- A $100 credit card hold is placed on all reservations at check-in per ATV driver, refunded after the activity if no damage occurs.
- Only participants 18+ with a valid driver’s license may operate the ATVs; riders 17 and younger are passengers only.
- Two-seater ATVs require the purchase of two seats to drive solo.
- Participants must weigh between 40 lbs and 275 lbs; all will be weighed fully clothed at check-in.
- Participants who do not meet weight requirements cannot participate and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
- Drivers are responsible for any ATV damages or injuries; careful driving is required.
