- Passengers must weigh at least 80 lbs for door-off flights in Robinson R44 helicopters
- Passengers must weigh at least 100 lbs for door-off flights in Airbus Astar helicopters
- Weight and balance fees apply: 50% of seat price for 250–275 lbs; additional seat required for over 275 lbs
- Passengers 24 months and older must purchase a full-fare seat
