This cruise offers a memorable dining experience with freshly grilled entrees and panoramic views of Maui’s coastal waters during sunset. Each guest enjoys a private outdoor table shared only with their group.

The meal begins with warm purple taro rolls paired with Kula honey butter and black lava salt, followed by a local watermelon and tomato salad featuring thick watermelon slices, tomato and basil bruschetta, herb pesto, feta cheese, and balsamic reduction.

Choose from these grilled entrées:

• Yellow curry marinated sustainably farmed shrimp with fresh mango sauce
• Teriyaki boneless chicken breast with Big Island papaya salsa
• Truffle-scented braised beef short rib with mushroom demi-glace
• Grilled Portobello mushroom marinated in chimichurri, served over Molokai purple sweet potato mash with macadamia nut crusted goat cheese medallion, smoked tomato coulis, and reduced balsamic (vegetarian)

All entrees come with coconut-whipped Molokai purple sweet potatoes and grilled vegetables tossed in macadamia nut pesto.
