We had a great experience at this Best Western Plaza Hotel. We stayed for just one night before our flight, and it was the perfect location since the airport is within walking distance. They also offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. As a nice surprise, Raymart upgraded us to a better room at no extra charge for our stay. He was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. We really appreciated the excellent service and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Raymart, for helping make our stay even better!

I stayed there one night on my way to a Norwegian Cruise Line cruise and because of this, I believe they put us in the older wing, which had no elevator. We had to climb about 10 stairs and the room was very old. The air conditioner looked like it was from the 1970s. The room was clean and The breakfast was good. No water pressure in the room. The cost was too much for what I got. I would never stay here again. Make sure you are placed in the newer section of the hotel.

Very convenient location. Only issue ( they can't control ) is the road noise on the highway side floors 6 to 10 (rooms x07 to x29). I sleep with sound machines and like ambient noise but someone who likes quiet, be sure to book a room away from the highway side. Staff have been 😊 Maintenance issues were quickly resolved, front desk is helpful and explains issues with understanding to your point of view. Parking garage is tight but convenient. McDonald's is next door. Included breakfast is terrific! Much better than a lot of places and saves you a ton. Ask for to go stuff and you can grab food at 7 and head out for your days adventure. Tip the staff. Times are tough and a free meal with your stay, especially as good as this, is worthy. Tipping has gone crazy but sometimes it worth the effor the staff puts in. To finish this out, I'm here on orders and there are a lot of military folks. I see everyone is treated with respect and kindness. I'll upload some photos later.. Mahalo

I had a great experience at this hotel! I am a military wife who stayed in a pet friendly room. My room was clean, very roomy, and conveniently placed near the dog potty station. The front desk staff was kind, courteous, and patient. Ms. Rose was especially helpful when I left my keys in an uber and had the driver drop them off while I was out. That was above and beyond care! Mr. Les who handles military TLA rates was very accommodating and prompt. Fantastic reviews all around. I will be staying here again.

I saw a lot of mixed reviews about this place, but honestly our experience was pretty good—especially for a short stay. If you’re only staying for a night or two, the rooms are really not that bad. The room was a decent size with good basic amenities, which worked perfectly for our family of three during our two-night stay. One of the biggest positives is the location. It’s super convenient and close to everything. There’s a McDonald’s and a gas station nearby, and within a very short walking distance there’s an IHOP and Dunkin’ Donuts. Just across the street there’s also a plaza with a Starbucks, Jamba, a pizza place, and another spot with local food options. So grabbing food or coffee was really easy. The shuttle was also super convenient, which made getting around much easier. The beds were actually pretty soft and comfortable. The bathrooms are on the smaller side, but since we were only staying two nights it really wasn’t a big deal. We were also really happy that the room had both a fridge and a microwave, which made things easier traveling with a family. Overall, I think this hotel deserves a little more credit. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s clean, comfortable enough, and extremely convenient for a short stay. Added more photos breakfast was actually pretty great options ! Waffles yogurt bar juices coffee cereal breads muffins and hot foods ! I was very please by the breakfast!
