This was our ( wife and 2 children 8 and 12) first time to Honolulu, Visiting from Texas. We had no idea what to expect. Everyone is very welcoming And makes you feel right at home. The hotel is probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. It’s a small boutique hotel, but the service is top-notch. We will come back for sure.
Staying at ESPACIO truly feels like stepping into a completely different level of luxury in Waikiki. From the moment you arrive, everything is taken care of so seamlessly. The service begins right at the door, and every detail from check-in to being welcomed into your suite feels so personal, thoughtful, and effortless. What stood out the most to me is how warm and genuine the entire team is. Everyone is so kind, attentive, and professional, and they even remember your name, which makes the whole experience feel incredibly special and exclusive. The service here is honestly hard to compare to anywhere else. It’s not just luxury because of how beautiful the property is, but because of how taken care of you feel during the entire stay. Every request is handled with so much care, and every interaction feels warm and sincere. The suite itself is absolutely spectacular. It feels ultra-luxury, spacious, private, and beautifully designed with every amenity you could possibly need. Everything is curated to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and spoiled in the best way. And the view… truly one of the best views in Waikiki. Waking up here and looking out over the ocean feels like a dream. This was my second time staying at ESPACIO, and it somehow felt even more special this time. There is such a peaceful, exclusive feeling here that makes it so different from a typical hotel stay. It feels intimate, elevated, and unforgettable. ESPACIO is easily one of the most special places to stay in Waikiki, and I would absolutely love to come back again the next time I’m here. A truly beautiful experience from beginning to end.
AC wasn’t working in the master bedroom. Main elevator wasn’t working. They agreed on a 12 pm checkout and then a couple of hours before checkout they asked us to leave at 11:30 and housekeepers showed up at exactly that time. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.
Unbelievable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No notes. The staff is amazing, the setting is incredible and you get your own floor to yourself. Private pool hours, great for us. Great food. Perfect service and location. If you’re looking for quiet and secluded got to Maui but if your in Honnalulu and want the best, you found it.
