We stay at the HHV every year visiting from Australia, we just love it here. The rooms are so clean and have everything you need, the view is incredible, everywhere is a short walk even into town, the village itself has plenty of shops and the ABC stores are so convenient. This year our room host was Mildred, she was amazing, I love the way she left our room and bathroom fresh with everything we need! It’s the small details that count, she would always greet us with a smile. Lovely lady, and another amazing holiday here at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Mahalo 🌺🤙🏼
There was a total of 7 which includes 3 kids and we enjoyed our week long vacation here! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I would like to give a special shout out to Isabel Tamayo who was one of the amazing housekeepers as she tended to some special circumstances and was so understanding and kind! We highly recommend this place to come as a family or as an adult trip! The food and drinks were great too! I added a picture of our hotel view, lagoon area, lobby area looking out towards the ocean, a yummy drink, the beach in front of the hotel and more!
Everything was great except the water in the shower/tub in my room was cold. The water never even reached warm after running it for a couple of minutes! Customer service was excellent! I really liked our updated room in the Rainbow Tower. The pools and beach were nice. I enjoyed how convenient restaurants and shopping were nearby. My only recommdation would be to have baggage check past 6:00 pm. Many travelers are international or from the US mainland and have late departing flights. My flight was at 10:50 and I had to sit akwardly with my luggage for 2 hours in the lobby. I tipped generously the baggage person but either way it would make a world of difference if they held bags at least until 8:00 or 9:00.
An Absolute 10/10 Stay at the Rainbow Tower! Our family had an incredible stay here! The location is absolutely awesome, and the scenery from the Rainbow Tower is simply breathtaking. We enjoyed every single minute of our trip and are already planning our return. Here is what made our experience so special: Warm & Helpful Staff: The housekeeping and maintenance teams were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Whenever we needed directions or had a quick question, they were always happy to help with a smile. A Stellar Check-In Experience: A massive shoutout to Ryan at the front desk! He was exceptionally professional, patient, and went entirely above and beyond to help us get settled. Note to management: Ryan is an absolute asset to your team. He deserves a raise or a promotion for the outstanding service he provides!
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton! From check in to check out the front desk staff was amazing. We are Diamond Members and we received an upgrade to an ocean front room in the Rainbow tower and it was absolutely spectacular. It took my breath away and provided the most magical view of the ocean and the Friday night fireworks. The resort has lots of shops and restaurants and several beautiful pools. Even the hair and body products in the room were high level! A fantastic escape at this property.
