We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is 10/10-walking distance to the beach and so many great restaurants and shops. The hotel was quiet which I really enjoyed. We had a room right near the elevator and I was nervous about noise but was never disturbed. The rooms are fine-clean, nothing special but still nice, appropriate for what you pay. I loved having a balcony, we were overlooking the pool. We utilized the spa services as well as the onsite car rental-both were also great. Everyone we came into contact with was really helpful and friendly. This hotel was perfect for a few night stay in Waikiki, we would absolutely return!
I had heard a lot of mixed reviews before my stay, so I was a little nervous going in, but overall I had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The ocean view was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The valet service was a mixed experience. For a large SUV, the valet price felt pretty overpriced, and while some valet attendants were very friendly, a few were not as welcoming. It also took longer than expected to get our vehicle a couple of times, which caused us to be late for a few plans. We did try to plan ahead, but the wait times were still a bit frustrating. The breakfast buffet was great with a good selection of options. The hotel does not have the full resort feel, but that is also reflected in the price compared to larger resorts. For the location, views, service, and overall comfort, I think it offers great value. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you away. Every stay is different, and our experience was overall very positive. I would definitely consider staying here again.
Was skeptical when I booked this hotel due to poor reviews. We checked an instantly those thoughts were gone. It was nice for the price. Staff was awesome especially Dexter! Valet all super cool. Rooms were just fine! Clean, enough room and comfortable. Location is great and has some really great little restaurants tucked around the area. For the price it’s well worth it. It’s not a luxury resort but an extremely comfortable one that felt more like Hawaii in a tourist area like Waikiki.
