It is a neat & clean hotel but lacking important amenities such as in-room microwave, on-site laundry & restaurant. They also charge a daily $40 “resort fee” for providing beach towels, snorkeling gear, folding chairs…etc. Oh, there is a daily $50 valet parking fee.

I'll make this quick and simple 😎🤙🏽 Pleasant staff ✅ Rooms are nice ✅ get one with a beach view! Free Life Vest, Towels, etc. check their amenities and see what else you can get ✅ No parking ❌ but they do offer valet. $50/per day which is not bad coz you can come in and out for a million times and they get your car for you 😎 but pls do tip them if you're able :) We'll definitely come back for the 3rd time 🤙🏽

Note: Choose a King Bed. Didn’t realize when booking that the room was a full. It was quite tiny and congested. Along with being on a lower floor, the sounds from outside were pretty loud. I made a request through their online portal for room service and feedback. Got a reply back within then the next morning to switch to larger room (King with City View) on a higher floor, and it was so much better. Bed was comfortable, AC worked a little too good. Customer service was the saving grace to this stay. Accommodations were met with no resistance and no extra incentives. Some adjustments and improvements could be made, and it would be a five star stay. Would consider staying here again preferably in a King and on a higher floor! I also loved the matcha cafe connected to the hotel, it was a nice stop to get your matcha fix and a little snack before you go around the island.

Great value for the price! The hotel is located at the end of Waikiki near the Honolulu Zoo. Very close proximity to the beach and many ABC stores. I very much like how they have variety of things you can borrow throughout your stay such as beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and many other stuff. The lemon infused water in the lobby is amazing to have especially because they don’t provide water bottles in the room. The room itself was clean but it didn’t have any tooth brush, or any of those daily kits that you would typically get at any other hotels (q-tip, shaver, tooth paste, tooth brush, comb, etc) Otherwise, room was comfortable and the stay was a 4/5 overall. Parking was $55 overnight which is cheaper compared to many other hotels. Definitely give this place a try if you’re looking to get a great value for the price. Choose the ocean view room and request for a higher level for the best morning views and sunsets!

I recently stayed at Hotel Renew and had a really relaxing time. The location is perfect because it’s just a short walk away from the sand, but it feels much quieter and more private than the giant resorts nearby. I loved that they let me borrow beach gear like chairs and towels for free, which made my beach day so much easier. The room had a very modern and clean feel, and the staff was always smiling and ready to help whenever I had a question. It’s a great spot if you want to be close to the action without all the noise.
