Reviews
I stayed here for my babymoon when I was pregnant and the house keeper accidentally threw my $100 pregnancy pillow away with the rest of the bedding, it was sitting on top of the bed and was very clearly not part of the normal bedding. Sleeping without it when pregnant is super uncomfortable. We told the front desk right away and they told us they’d keep an eye out for it. At checkout we asked again and they promised if it wasn’t found in a week they would reimburse us for it. We reluctantly trusted them and agreed. Then as we thought they ghosted us and ignored all our emails. We understand mistakes happen, but promising to help resolve the issue, waiting until you leave and then ghosting you and doing absolutely nothing to rectify the situation is just shady and untrustworthy. We weren’t even asking for it to be fully paid for but they could’ve done SOMETHING to make it right. The annoying part was that we didn’t need the room cleaned that day and we had the do not disturb sign on the door, but the hallways are open and breezy so it blew off in the wind and they went in anyway. This made us feel uneasy as the do not disturb signs don’t do much if they don’t stay on the doors. Also if you stay anywhere near the top floor you hear them moving chairs around setting up the rooftop restaurant every day starting at 7:30am and it’s so loud. The walls are also super thin and we could hear our neighbors full conversations. Location was good but because of the customer service we’ll definitely choose somewhere else to stay next time!
We had an amazing resort day at Twin Fin! We rented a cabana, which gave us plenty of shade while we relaxed by the pool. The pool was clean, spacious, and perfect for actually swimming. The staff was incredibly friendly, and one of the best parts was the poolside food and drink service—they came right to our cabana to take our order. The bar and grill overlooks Waikīkī Beach, so the views while eating were beautiful. The food was delicious, everything was clean, and the entire experience was relaxing from start to finish. We would definitely come back!
Location is nice but rooms are run down & beds are TINY. Our closet had an odd odor that was only noticeable when right next to it thankfully. We were traveling with a High School & rooms were booked as a group or else I would have requested a new room in hopes we just got a bad room. We did receive unlimited towels which was nice. Our view consisted of a dirt back alley way but others in our group that had rooms closer to the elevator had ocean views. Beds were full sized which made it difficult for two adults to get a good nights sleep. Room was dusty but linens were clean. All pillows were foam style no feather…maybe you can request if desired…not sure. Toiletries offered were ok…nothing phenomenal. Downstairs is a market & right across the road is the beach! Left side of beach is VERY rocky…right side not so much. Bums were everywhere but that’s expected. We felt safe overall & appreciated the secure elevators that require room key scan to operate.
The staff was super friendly. The rooms although not fancy were nice. Also, the Lanai was a welcome addition to be able to sit outside our room and watch the ocean! Susan one of the valet managers was very kind and friendly. Watching the valet staff park was impressive especially when they were busy. They kindly weighed our luggage and stored until we were ready to leave hours after we checked out. We were there for 8 days and the entire time was enjoyed by my group
