Experience Hilo from a new perspective as you journey up the river. Cruise underneath the dragon arches of the Japanese-style bridges. Loa, or 'long water,' includes an easy entry from a boat ramp that travels up Wailoa River and into Hilo Bay. See unique birds and fish throughout your excursion.
