Maui Arts & Cultural Center is Maui's premier venue for local and internationally known figures and has hosted shows from well-known names such as The Eagles, Jimmy Buffet, and Bob Dylan.
A dynamic connector between artist and community, Maui Arts & Cultural Center is a first class venue, hosting a variety of shows & entertainment including musical artists, dance performances, live theatre, acrobatics, and cultural performances. With a community-centered vision, MACC hosts several cultural and arts education programs.
Maui Arts & Cultural Center Facilities
Visit the most comprehensive, multi-disciplinary arts center in Hawai'i. Facilities include the museum-quality Schaefer International Gallery; stunning 1200-seat Castle Theater; black box intimate McCoy Studio Theater; 5,000-seat outdoor amphitheater and pa (dedicated to hula); as well as a mix of studio, classroom and meeting spaces.
The new Yokouchi Pavilion, Courtyard and Morgado Hall feature state-of-the-art stage pavilion, glass-covered dining area with six built-in bars, a catering prep kitchen and second floor gathering space. The MACC offers world-class performances, visual arts, cultural and educational programs to Maui's community and visitors. Conveniently located between Kahului Airport and 'Iao Valley in Central Maui.
Guests may also enjoy browsing through the Schaefer International Gallery before shows, during intermission, or make a trip just to see this museum-quality exhibition space. The Gallery hosts collections from local artists as well as featured traveling exhibits. The Gallery is free and open to the public Wed-Sun 11am-5pm.
