Known for his “New Island Cuisine”, David Paul offers a menu of bold, vibrant, and creative flavors. Using healthy, natural, and organic ingredients, David Paul gives a tantalizing twist to classic, ordinary dishes. Like the Pommes Frites fried in duck fat and served with truffle salt and truffle-infused ketchup.
To match his flavorful menu, David Paul’s Island Grill offers an extensive wine collection of varietals spanning from California to France and Italy. Guests are welcome to choose their own bottle from the walk-in wine cellar. A menu of spirits and signature cocktails is also available.
