Kojima's Sushi Bar and Café is a recently opened Japanese restaurant in Maui that serves authentic and delicious Japanese cuisine and sushi. This restaurant unlike most Japanese restaurant uses local ingredients to give their dishes a unique aloha flavors that come from the island itself. Not to mention it is owned and operated by culinary master Chef Kojima who has been cooking since he was 14 years old.
Kojima's Sushi Bar and Café is located at Makawao Avenue in Pukalani which is home to various interesting go-to places and establishments. The restaurant has that classical Japanese setting with their wooden furnishings which makes the place not only comfortable and warm but also lovely to look at. Aside from tourist destinations, this area is also home to one of Maui's quiet suburban areas which are both relaxing and a great way to get away from the busy city life.
Kojima's Sushi Bar and Café is open for dinner service and serves their unique take on Japanese cuisine with the added flavors of the local ingredients. They have a tasty selection of nigiri, sashimi, uramaki, hosomaki, and specialty rolls. Also on their menu are ramen and udon, bento, and teriyaki dish varieties.
