Yesterday I got to try the Grilled Chicken Mediterranean Salad w/Feta and it was very good. This place is in the Manoa Valley, a very beautiful location. Also, the service was very friendly and helpful.
Out of all the places I ate during my visit to Hawaii, this was my favorite. Between the amazing food and rural setting, this was a great experience. I went with a group of ten and they accommodated it perfectly. The food was spot on, I tried many meals including the BLTA, loco moco, and macadamia nut pancakes. Not a single one of those meals disappointed. Lastly, one of the coolest parts of the whole experience was getting to see Robert Louis Stevensons grass hut that he lived in during his time in Hawaii. This is the perfect spot for anyone who wants to get away from the city and enjoy nature while having a nice meal.
Attended a Business Event at the Waioli Kitchen and Bake Shop. The name Waioli in Hawaiian means Joyful Water. They do a great job living up to their name. Staff and management are great. They treat their guests like family. Open since 1922 decorated with nostalgic memories from times past. Great food and baked goods. Must try items are their famous Scones. Blueberry is the most popular. And their muffins. Bread pudding muffin are one of my favorites. Highly recommended.
Amazing experience! Waioli Tea room is a hiddem gem nestled in Manoa♥️ food is simple yet exquisite! Wr had the Short rib loco, breakfast bowl, mini mochi waffles, and a chocolate crossaint. Everything was amazing! Thank you
Small but well-executed menu in a lovely setting. Order at the counter before finding a table (they are scattered on the patios and 2 rooms inside). The scones were really good and not overly sweet. We tried a few different ones, including a savory one. My dad enjoyed curry chicken in a papaya half. They also have some gifts for sale and a private event room. The setting and vibe can’t be beat: easy, comfortable reminiscent of old Hawaii, but with modern decor. Limited hours but well worth the visit. Love their mission, as well
